It is the policy of our Practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. Complaints
We take any concerns or complaints seriously. Our doctors and staff are happy to discuss any issues in person or in writing. If you wish to make a complaint, you may speak to reception who will be able to provide you with a complaints form or send your compliant in writing to the Practice. All complaints will be followed up as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
